3. Booking and Payment
To book a video game party with Gamiotea:

- A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.

- The final payment is due before the gaming session begins.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- If we are bringing a gaming truck or mobile setup, there must be sufficient space for parking and setup.
- If the event requires an indoor setup, the venue must provide adequate space, power outlets, and a stable internet connection if online gaming is involved.
- If the required space or conditions are not met upon arrival, Gamiotea reserves the right to cancel the event without issuing a refund.
6. Participant Guidelines
To ensure a fun and safe environment for all players, we enforce the following rules:
- No food or drinks inside the gaming area or near the equipment.
- Players must follow the instructions of our gaming staff at all times.
